In this second episode, we interview Dr. Charles Kerchner, founder of Zorzal Cacao, a leading organic cacao supplier focused on conserving biodiversity in the Dominican Republic.  His cocoa beans are supplied to craft chocolate makers both domestically and around the globe. 

Dr. Kerchner will share how his career led him to the world of chocolate, some of the challenges he faced along the way, and most of all, his vision for conserving The Future of Chocolate —a future where habitat restoration and climate change mitigation will be key.
